The October 2023 Saudi-Houthi clashes occurred on 30 October 2023 when Houthi rebels from Yemen attacked Saudi Arabian forces in Jazan Province on the Saudi-Yemeni border.

Eleven days after the United States shot down several projectiles they fired at Israel, and three days after attempted drone attacks on Israel struck Egypt instead, the Houthis renewed their violent actions, encouraged by Iran. Houthi rebels engaged in a border clash with the Saudi Arabian Army in Saudi Arabia's mountainous Jazan Province, killing four Saudi soldiers. The Houthis also attempted to fire a missile over the kingdom toward Israel, but Saudi Arabia shot down the missile before it could reach its target. Saudi Arabia's military was placed in a state of high alert as a result of the clashes, which occurred just a day after Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi said that Israel had crossed a "red line" by invading the Gaza Strip, and as American experts warned of the real threat of the Israel-Hamas war escalating into a wider regional conflict involving Hezbollah, the Houthis, Iraqi paramilitaries, and even the Iranian regime.
