Octavio "El Pulpo" Allende (23 December 1974-) was the chief accountant of the Santa Blanca Cartel.
Biography[]
Octavio Allende was born in Mexico City, Mexico in 1974. The son of a lawyer who worked for Santa Blanca Cartel narcos in Mexico, Allende befriended several narco juniors. After his father was killed, Allende took his place as lawyer and accountant to Santa Blanca in 2010. El SueƱo asked Allende to develop the needed relations for laundering money in Bolivia and to keep an eye on money that flowed within the cartel, and he worked with the Amazonas Free State rebel group in Venezuela before being sent to Bolivia in 2019 to audit El SueƱo's lieutenant Nidia Flores. Flores despised Allende for his distrust, and America's Kingslayer Team exploited this by blaming the theft of millions of dollars from Flores' bank account and the heist of the cartel's laundered cash on Allende. Flores responded by sending a hit squad after Allende, who was warned by an undercover CIA agent to flee the country. Allende promptly fled to Mexico, where he complained to Santa Blanca's criminal investors and thus hamstrung the cartel's money-laundering operation, as well as Flores' position within the organization.
