Obadiah Bowne (19 May 1822-27 April 1874) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-NY 2) from 4 March 1851 to 3 March 1853, succeeding David A. Bokee and preceding Thomas W. Cumming. Born in Staten Island, he served in Congress as a Whig before serving as a Republican presidential elector in 1864.
