O'Creagh's Run is a lake in Kingsbury County, South Dakota, located north of Three Sisters, and 3 miles southeast of the county seat of De Smet. During the Wild West era, the lake was a popular hunting ground, and the American Civil War veteran Hamish Sinclair lived in a cabin along the lake.
