
Noyes Barber (28 April 1781-3 January 1844) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-CN AL) from 4 March 1821 to 3 March 1835, succeeding Elisha Phelps and preceding Isaac Toucey. Born in Groton, he served in the War of 1812 before becoming a merchant and entering politics as an Anti-Jacksonian.
