Norridge is a village in Cook County, Illinois, completely surrounded by the city of Chicago. It was named for Norwood Park and Park Ridge, and it grew in size during the suburbanization of the 1950s, avoiding annexation by Chicago. In 2016, it had a population of 14,498 people.
