Noriyuki Maeda

Noriyuki Maeda (born 1968) was a resident of the Golden Gai neighborhood of Kabukicho, Tokyo, Japan during the 1980s. On the night of 12 December 1988, he, Yasujiro Murakami, and Shoko Yuki confronted the ex-yakuza member Kazuma Kiryu with bats and a knife, mistaking Kiryu for a Dojima-gumi thug who sought to run them out of their neighborhood. Kiryu beat them down before meeting their boss, Jun Oda, and explaining that he was looking for Tetsu Tachibana, who had previously offered him employment.
