The Nori were a federation of twelve tribes that inhabited much of Austria and parts of Slovenia at the time of the Roman Empire. The Nori inhabited the eastern parts of Raetia et Noricum, a geographical region of Roman-era Europe (now in Austria and Slovenia). The Nori allied with the Raeti tribe to the west, and they agreed to a non-aggression pact with Octavian and the Roman Republic.
