Norbert

Norbert Klugmann (1 July 1910 – 7 August 1944) was a German Wehrmacht officer who was the commandant of the Dulag IIIA prison camp in Strasshof, Austria during World War II. In 1944, Klugmann was strangled to death by the British prisoner Gerald Ingram through the bars of his jail cell during the US Army's Strasshof raid.
