
Noel Katsuda (died 2008) was the boss of the Katsuda Yakuza gang of New York City during the 2000s.
Biography[]
Noel Katsuda was from Japan, but he later immigrated to the United States and formed the Katsuda Yakuza gang in New Jersey and New York. Heused a junkyard in Elizabeth, New Jersey as his base, and he was wanted by the New York Police Department for gang-related violence. In 2008, the criminal Niko Bellic headed to his hideout and whacked Katsuda and several other yakuza gangsters while working as a vigilante, weakening the gang.
