Nimer was a Lebanese Mossad agent. He ran a Mossad safehouse in northern Lebanon, and, in 2023, he sheltered Doron Kabilio and his captives Omar Tawalbe, Aisha Tawalbe, and Maya Binyamin and helped scout out the Beirut compound where Doron's friend Gabi Ayub was being detained by Hezbollah so that the Israelis count mount a rescue operation.
