Nikias Eurystenides

Nikias Eurystenides (364 BC-) was an Athenian officer in the service of Alexander the Great during the 4th century BC. He served under Alexander during his campaigns against the Persian Empire in Anatolia, and he commanded a phalanx of Athenian hoplites at the Battle of Issus in 333 BC.
