Nikandros of Messini (died 396 BC) was a Sicel admiral in the service of Agyrion during the 4th century BC. He commanded a fleet raised at Messini, and he led it during the Siege of Kephaloidion in 397 BC before retreating to Messini in 396 BC. Nikandros was killed by the Syracusans at the Fall of Messini that same year.
