Nepherites II (died 379 BC) was Pharaoh of the 29th Dynasty of Ancient Egypt in 379 BC, succeeding Hakor preceding Nectanebo I. The son of Hakor, he reigned for just a few months before being deposed by the rebellious prince Nakhtnebef, who seized power as "Nectanebo".
