Neng Yangshu (died 1878) was a Chinese-American triad gangster who was affiliated with the Fung Hai Tong in Chinatown, San Francisco during the 1870s. In 1878, he and dozens other Fung Hai members were killed in a massive fight against the SFPD's Chinatown Squad, Long Zii Tong lieutenant Li Yong, and black marketeer Wang Chao at the Fung Hai headquarters.
