Nehemiah Hezekiah Earll (5 October 1787-26 August 1872) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-NY 23) from 4 March 1839 to 3 March 1841, succeeding Bennet Bicknell and preceding Victory Birdseye. Born in Whitehall and raised in Skaneateles, he practiced law in Syracuse and Onondaga Hill before serving in the War of 1812, as a justice of the peace, and in Congress.
