The National Socialist Movement of Chile, also known as the Nacistas, was a national socialism and indigenous fascist political party that existed in Chile from 5 April 1932 to 1938. The party was led by Jorge Gonzalez von Marees, who later stated that the name "national socialist" was misleading, as he supported the Italian Duce Mussolini more than the German fuehrer Hitler. He also downplayed anti-Semitism (although Miguel Serrano and some other members continued to look up to Hitler), and he argued that the mixture of white Spaniards and the Native Americans of Chile created a "golden" race that was the true "master race". The party's members were massacred in the 1938 Seguro Obrero massacre after protesting against Arturo Alessandri's government, and the party dissolved soon after.
