The National Party (National Partei) was one of the three major political parties in a German state known as the Duchy of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach. Founded in 1836, it was appointed as the ruling party by Grand Duke Charles Frederick and held the majority of the seats in the Landtag. It was in contrast to the other Ernestine duchies of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha and Saxe-Meiningen, where the conservative parties were in power. The party fiercely advocated for the independence and sovereignty of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach.

The National Party was dissolved in 1871, when Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach became a state of the German Empire. Some of its former members became members of underground nationalist groups that sought to restore the country's independence.
