Nasuh Jarwar was a Pakistan Navy captain. In 2015, his ship was sent by the ISI director Haider Khalol to intercept a fishing boat leaving Karachi for international waters, and he had his men board and search the vessel for the fugitive Indian RAW agents Daniyal Khan and Nawaz Mistry. When he noticed air bubbles coming from the water near the fishing boat, he had his men fire their machine-guns in the bubbles' direction, fatally wounding Khan. Unaware of any human life in the water, Jarwar then had his men return to their stations and escort the fishing boat back to Karachi.
