Narimasa Sassa (6 February 1536 – 7 July 1588) was a retainer of Nobunaga Oda since 1550 and the lord of Etchu Province after helping Katsuie Shibata fight the Uesugi. In 1584 he joined Ieyasu Tokugawa in the Battle of Komaki-Nagakute but was defeated, and Hideyoshi Hashiba mercifully pardoned him and gave him Higo Province. When he failed to put down a rebellion, he committed seppuku.
