Naomasa Ii (4 March 1561 – 24 March 1602) was a general of the Tokugawa and the daimyo of the Ii clan. Along with Tadakatsu Honda, Yasumasa Sakakibara, and Tadatsugu Sakai, he was one of the Four Guardians of the Tokugawa. He was mortally wounded in the Battle of Sekigahara in November 1600.
