Nancy McCoy (August 1865-1901) was a member of the McCoy family of Pike County, Kentucky at the time of the Hatfield-McCoy feud. The daughter of Asa Harmon McCoy and Martha Patty Cline, she was the sister of Jefferson and Larkin McCoy, both of whom would die during the feud. Nancy married her cousin Roseanna McCoy's former husband Johnse Hatfield after Johnse abandoned Roseanna, but they had an uneasy relationship due to the series of murders committed by their families, and McCoy abandoned Johnse to marry the gunslinger Frank Phillips, who was allied to her family. They married in 1895, and she died in 1901, three years after her husband was murdered by Ransom Bray.
