Nanbu Motoharu (1839-) was a Japanese general in the service of the Choshu Domain who served as Chief of Staff of the Choshu military from February 1867. He commanded the Choshu army in Nagato Province during the Boshin War, overseeing the maintenance of public order in Chugoku amid rising discontent with the Choshu Domain's Westernization.
