Naguib of Dakhla (1268-13??) was an Egyptian general of the Mamelukes, pledging his loyalty to Baibars.
Biography[]
Naguib of Dakhla was a loyal man who was a religious man and a drillmaster, and had the means to become a successful man, but not the connections. By marrying Raziya of Siwah, he became the son-in-law of Marsal of Siwah, and he was accepted into the royal family of the House of Ad-Din. Naguib thus had a legitimate claim to the throne.
