Nagaakira Asano (18 March 1586 – 16 October 1632), born Iwamatsu Asano, was the daimyo of the Asano and the Wakayama Domain. In 1594 he was made a retainer of Hideyoshi Hashiba and in 1600 fought at the Battle of Sekigahara alongside Ieyasu Tokugawa. After fighting in the Osaka Campaign he was given the Wakayama Domain in Aki Province.
