ND3 members in 2008
ND3 is a Dominican-American street gang based in the Washington Heights and Inwood neighborhoods of Manhattan, New York City, with sets across the city and in northern New Jersey. The gang was led by Willy Valerio and his captains Alfonso Gomez and Oscar Gomez, while members of the gang included Luis Fernando Lopez, Armando Torres, and Henrique Bardas, who would later create their own small drug operation. ND3 became weak during the early 2000s, and it was sometimes seen as a part of the larger Spanish Lords gang; they controlled the same territories. ND3 members marked themselves as such by wearing heavy coats in black, red, and yellow, and they were often seen on the streets of Elizabeth in New Jersey and across New York City.
