Mutammam al-Hares was an Egyptian policeman who guarded the Rafah crossing with the Gaza Strip during the 2020s. On 22 October 2023, he received shell fragment injuries when an Israeli tank accidentally hit the Egyptian border crossing amid Operation Iron Swords.
