Mut-snat-em (110 BC-) was an Egyptian farmer who lived in the Kanopos Nome during the 1st century BC.

Biography[]

Mut-snat-em was born in the Kanopos Nome of Ptolemaic Egypt during the 1st century BC, the aunt of Jarha. In 48 BC, most of her family was killed when a herd of hippopotami attacked the family farm after being driven there by local bandits, and she panicked about her nephew Meketre's fate. Jarha recruited the medjay Bayek to help the family by slaying the hippopotami and bringing the bodies at the farm back to their roadside cart, and, after Bayek did so, Jarha asked Bayek to deal with the bandits at the Potamos Hideout. Bayek freed Meketre, and the two of them cleared their home village of bandits, restoring peace to the area.
