
Mustafa Mohamed Fadhil (23 June 1976-May 2005) was a member of al-Qaeda from Egypt.
Biography[]
Mustafa Mohamed Fadhil was born on 23 June 1976 in Cairo, Egypt, and he was also a citizen of Kenya. He became a member of al-Qaeda, and he prepared and loaded TNT into the truck that was used to bomb the United States embassy at Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania in the 1998 US embassy bombings. He later rose to deputy commander of the 055 Brigade under Abdul Hadi al-Iraqi. Fadhil was added to the FBI's Most Wanted List for his involvement with al-Qaeda, and he was killed in the Afghanistan War while fighting against American soldiers. In May 2005 his name was taken off the wanted list, and Ahmed Ghailani confirmed his death.
