
Muhammad Abdullah Khalil Hussain ar-Rahayyal (27 November 1965-) was an Abu Nidal Organization member and one of the perpetrators of the 1986 Pan Am Flight 73 hijacking.

Muhammad Abdullah Khalil Hussain ar-Rahayyal was born in Lebanon on 27 November 1965 to a family of Palestinian descent, and he joined the Abu Nidal Organization. ar-Rahayyal was one of the perpetrators of the Pan Am Flight 73 hijacking in Karachi, Pakistan on 5 September 1986, and he took part in the massacre of the hostages before being arrested by the Pakistani soldiers. ar-Rahayyal escaped from prison in 2008, and the FBI believed that he had either Palestinian or Lebanese citizenship and was in some Arab country.
