Mucia Tertia (102 BC-) was the daughter of Quintus Mucius Scaevola Pontifex and the wife of Pompey. Sulla arranged for their marriage in order to secure Pompey's loyalty, and their marriage resulted in three children: Pompey the Younger, Pompeia Magna, and Sextus Pompeius. In 61 BC, Pompey divorced Mucia due to rumors that she had been having an affair with Julius Caesar, and she later remarried to Sulla's stepson, and was treated with great respect by the Roman emperor Augustus.
