Muaid Ashraf (12 May 1966-) was a Shia cleric from Lebanon.
Biography[]
Muaid Ashraf was born on 12 May 1966 in Qana, South Lebanon to a family of Shia Muslim Arabs. Ashraf became an imam in Qana and preached for war against the Israeli occupiers of South Lebanon during the Lebanese Civil War, and he was acquainted with Hezbollah leaders such as Afif Shahid and Munif Harroun.
