Motoyuki Zembayashi was a Japanese agent in the service of the Daidoji Faction during the 2010s. In 2019, he was present at the Yokohama docks when the Daidoji planned to smuggle gold bullion to an Asian revolutionary group, fighting Kazuma Kiryu to deal with his boredom before helping fight off an attack by masked men from the Watase-gumi yakuza family.
