Morris Smith Miller (31 July 1779-16 November 1824) was a member of the US House of Representatives (F-NY 16) from 1813 to 1815, preceding Thomas R. Gold.

Biography[]

Morris Smith Miller was born in New York City, New York in 1779, and he became a lawyer in Utica in 1806 and served as village president in 1808, as Judge of the Oneida County Court of Common Pleas from 1810 until his death in 1824, and in the US House of Representatives from 1813 to 1815. He died in 1824.
