Moritz Wachs (died 3 October 1943) was a German fallschirmjaeger who served in the Brandenburgers' 5th Fallschirmjaeger Battalion in the Dodecanese campaign of World War II. He was killed in action while storming Mount Dikeos amid the 1943 Battle of Kos.
