Morgan Sterling (1845) was an American kawman from Blackwater, Texas during the Wild West era. He was the Deputy Chief of Police of the Blackwater Police Department, taking that position after Robert L. Jenkins (Blackwater Police) was promoted to Chief of Police after Oswald Dunbar retired in 1907. He, along with Robert L. Jenkins (Blackwater Police), were the longest serving members of the Blackwater Police Department, with both of them being members for over 35 years.
