The Montuyoc Training Base raid occurred in 2019 when American special forces raided the Santa Blanca Cartel's Montuyoc Training Base and eliminated the cartel's foreign trainers.
All of the cartel's new recruits came through the Bolivian province of Montuyoc for training, and they were instructed by special forces trainers from Latin America, Russia, Africa, Israel, and a few from the United States. CIA agent Karen Bowman sent Major Anthony Perryman's Ghost Recon team to track down and eliminate the cartel's trainers to halt the preparation of new recruits for service. The Americans infiltrated the base at night, and Perryman stealthily took down the first two trainers before the discovery of the bodies of dead sicarios alerted the rest of the base to the Ghosts' presence. Perryman promptly took out the last trainer before escaping with his men, capturing and interrogating the lieutenant Longo Biramendi along the way.
