Monmouth Beach is a borough in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The area was first settled in 1668 and developed due to the arrival of the Long Branch and Sea Shore Railroad. It was incorporated as a borough on 9 March 1906, and it was created from portions of Ocean Township. The one-square-mile borough was home to multimillion-dollar homes and Victorian houses, and it had a population of 3,222 people in 2016. In the 2016 presidential election, 59.5% of the population voted for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
