Biography[]
Monitore Fisco was born in New York City, New York in 1961 to a family of Italian descent, and he became an enforcer for the Ancelotti crime family of the American Mafia during his twenties. In 2008, Fisco was sent to rescue the kidnapped Gracie Ancelotti from Niko Bellic as Bellic moved her from a Jersey City safehouse to one in Harlem, but Bellic gunned him down as he pursued Bellic's car.
