Molly Stuart (died 1864) was an Irish-American prostitute who lived in the Five Points of New York City during the 1860s. Though she was the longtime lover of Francis Maguire, she also slept with Maguire's friend Kevin Corcoran while her madam Eva Heissen was in New Orleans in 1864. After Stuart attempted to help Corcoran search for his missing wife with the help of her locket (which Stuart purchased from pawnbroker Jakob Schwarz), Heissen - hoping to keep Corcoran for herself - confronted Stuart over previously having slept with Corcoran and slit her throat. Heissen claimed that Stuart's death was a suicide.
