Mohammed Ali Hammadi (13 June 1964-) was a member of Hezbollah and one of the hijackers of TWA Flight 847 in 1985.

Mohammed Ali Hammadi was born on 13 June 1964 in Lebanon to a family of Shia Muslims, and he joined the Hezbollah militant group. In 1985, he took part in the hijacking of TWA Flight 847 as it left Greece, and he killed US Navy diver Robert Stethem when the hijackers' demands were not met. Two years later, he was arrested in Frankfurt, West Germany for smuggling liquid explosives, and he was sentenced to life in prison for killing Stethem. His accomplices Hassan Izz-al-Din, Ali Atwa, and Imad Mughniyah escaped, but Mughniyah was eventually killed in a car bombing.
