Mohammad Daleel (1989-24 July 2016) was an Islamic State sympathizer from Syria who carried out the 2016 Ansbach bombing in Germany, wounding 15 people. Daleel has a history of mental illness, and in 2016 he planned to kill hundreds of people at the Ansbach Open music festival. When he was unable to gain entry to the festival, he blew himself up at a nearby bar.

Mohammad Daleel was born in 1989 in Syria to a Sunni Muslim family, and he entered Europe as a refugee during the Syrian Civil War. He was first registered in Bulgaria and then in Austria, and his last destination was Germany, which was unable to deport him to Syria due to the civil war. On 2 December 2014, his first asylum request was declined, and he was due to be deported to Bulgaria; he tried to kill himself twice afterwards, and he was taken into psychiatric care. The attempt to deport Daleel failed, but on 13 July 2016 another deportation notice was sent to Daleel. He lived in an asylum accomodation, where he taped himself pledging allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and the Islamic State, and he decided to carry out a suicide bombing to kill Germans. On 24 July 2016, he attempted to gain entry to the Ansbach Open music festival, but he was turned away by the guards due to suspicious behavior. Daleel decided to enter Eugene's Wine Bar instead, and he blew up explosives in his backpack, wounding 15 people.
