Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel (1959-11 March 1978) was a PLO member and a perpetrator of the Coastal Road massacre. Born in Tulkarem, West Bank, Abdel was one of the fedayeen who took part in the raid on Israel from South Lebanon, and he was shot in the eye by a sniper.
