Mogilev Governorate was a governorate of the Russian Empire, established in 1777. The governorate included the cities of Mogilev, Orsha, Mstislavl, and Rogalev, and the region had a population of 1,170,495 people in 1883. It was abolished after the Russian Revolution of 1917-18.
