Mitsuzuka Ishida (born 1962) was a Japanese businessman from Tokyo who frequented Kabukicho during the 1980s. On the night of 11 December 1988, he witnesed Kazuma Kiryu's fight with Hiroya Egashira, and he checked in on Kiryu after Egashira fled, warning him that he had just fought against the feared "Mr. Shakedown". He also expressed his wish that someone would beat the stolen money out of him, as Mr. Shakedown had once stolen his holiday bonus before he could put it in the bank. Before Kiryu left, Ishida warned him that Egashira was not the only Mr. Shakedown, and that men like him were not limited to Kabukicho, warning him to stay sharp should he leave town.
