Mitsunari Kiritani (1961-) was a Japanese cabaret club manager who worked for the Kanzaki Group in Osaka during the 2000s. On the night of 17 December 2005, he was poached from Club Four Shine on its very doorstep after Natsuo Kanzaki offered him double what Four Shine owner Yuki Natsume planned to pay Kiritani, leaving Yuki to confuse the passer-by Kazuma Kiryu for Kiritani and ultimately make him the club's manager instead.
