Mitsukage Nishihara was a Major-General of the Imperial Japanese Army who commanded the IJA 20th Infantry Division during the Second Sino-Japanese War. Nishihara's division of four brigades was attached to the Chosen Army in Korea until 1937, when it took part in the Shanxi Offensive Operation and the ensuing invasion of China.
