Mitchell Penn (1853-) was an American wagon driver who lived in Tumbleweed, Arizona during the 1890s. In 1898, he and Lindsey Jeffers were entrusted with delivering a supply convoy to Fort Mercer, and they were protected by the hired gun, the Arizona Kid, who helped them fight off several Del Lobo Gang ambushes before they all arrived.
