Mitch "Big Mitch" Baker (18 April 1947-) was the President of the Miami Bikers and owner of the Greasy Chopper in Miami. He is most known for being involved with mobster Tommy Vercetti and his associate Kent Paul, and for his gang providing security for the Love Fist concert in 1986.

Mitch Baker was born in Miami, Florida in 1947, and he served in the US Army during the Vietnam War, receiving a Purple Heart. During the 1970s, he became President of the Miami Bikers gang, which operated out of Downtown Miami. In 1986, he partnered with Tommy Vercetti, providing security for a Love Fist rock concert.
