Minas Papageorgious (died 431 BC) was an Athenian soldier during the 5th century BC. He was sent to guard the artist Phidias at his workshop before his trial for embezzlement and impiety, but the mercenary Kassandra snuck past the guards and rescued Phidias. Minas attempted to search for Phidias as he escaped, but Kassandra stealthily killed him as his fellow guard Damianos Gikas searched for him.
